Know the Flow: Seventy1 Environmental Launches New Program to Assist Property Managers with Site-Specific Stormwater Needs

April 21, 2014

At Seventy1, we are always on the lookout for ways to make the working lives of our clients easier. We are also continuously working towards cleaner water. We believe the two go hand in hand. Understanding the details of a property’s stormwater system is the first step in reducing water pollution and meeting compliance with the city and county. That first step should be easy, which is why we have created Know the Flow, a program designed with property managers in mind.

ABOUT THE PROGRAM

The purpose of the Know the Flow program is to clearly identify stormwater system components on individual properties so that managers can effectively oversee their system for two reasons: to comply with stormwater requirements and to reduce the amount of pollution that enters our waterways.

Seventy1 Environmental Stormwater Field Manager, Christian Ortiz, will conduct complimentary surveys of stormwater systems for managers wishing to take advantage of the program. During the site visit, he will locate, identify and assess all components of the system. The information will be presented to the manager on our Stormwater System Survey Report.

Our complimentary report includes:

- Color photos

- Description, location and condition of system units

- Service program recommendations to ensure functionality and municipal compliance

- Marked locations on site plan provided by manager

We encourage managers to take part in this new program.
